The redesign of this 75-year-old library presented a unique opportunity to balance preservation with contemporary functionality. A key aspect of the project was retaining and integrating much of the existing furniture while carefully accommodating a collection of over 30,000 valuable religious texts. The design thoughtfully incorporates reading areas, a small discussion room, and dedicated workstations for digital access to literary resources, creating a space where heritage and evolving modes of learning coexist seamlessly.
