Richard Pereira and Associates was founded in Pune in 1987 not as a business, but as a belief. A belief that good architecture isn't just about what you build, but about what it feels like to live, work, and move through the spaces you create.

Nearly four decades later, that belief still sits at the centre of everything we do. From family homes that hold memories, to institutions that serve communities, every project begins with the same question: what does this place need to become?

We are a Pune-based practice with deep roots in this city's architectural landscape. Our work spans residential, commercial, institutional, interiors, and restoration.
