A prominent religious institution sought to upgrade and expand its existing infrastructure to better support the needs of its congregation. The project included the design of a chapel, generalate, novitiate, residential and guest accommodations for the sisters, along with a refectory and kitchen facilities. Responding to the nature and purpose of the institution, the design adopted a courtyard-based planning approach that fosters a sense of tranquility, connection with nature, and community living. This strategy also ensured privacy and security for the residents while creating peaceful spaces that encourage reflection and calmness.
